What is VORA? VORA is the Vermont Off Highway Vehicle Recreation Association. Our purpsoe is to work cooperatively to create and sustain environmentally compativle land use opportunities for Off Highway Recreational Vehicles, and to promote responsible recreation for all generations. VORA was formed in 2008 by representatives from motorized associations in Vermont including VASA (Vermont ATV Sportsmans Association), The CCC of Vermont (Cycle Conservation Club of VT), and the VJA (Vermont Jeep Association). The groups came together with the assistance of NOHVCC- the National Off Highway Vehicle Conservation Counsil to form a unified group and create a strong voice to attain legal, and safe riding opportunities for Vermont families. What does VORA do? VORA is a volunteer organization that works diligently on issues such as: You can help by joining VORA today! Support our organization and participate in meetings and functions. Click here for a printable membership application. Memberships are good for one calendar year from January 1 through December 31. Membership in VORA allows you to vote and run for any position within the organization, access to VORA functions and information, as well as updates on the status and success of our goals. VORA encourages you to get the most out of your membership by attending meetings and functions.
